out a ticket with numbers that have
been randomly generated.
There are two draws per week - every
Wednesday and Saturday.
Tickets cost £1.00 to play.

How To
Win
Players simply check the randomly selected
numbers on their ticket against the
Wednesday and Saturday night UK National
Lottery televised draw.
Match all numbers on a line to win the
stated prize for that line.
How
To Claim
Prizes up to £45.00 are
claimed from the retail outlet where
the winning ticket was purchased.
Prizes over £45.00, simply call
the claim number printed on the ticket
to claim your prize.
All prizes must be claimed within 90
days of the draw date printed on your
ticket.

be 16 or over to play or claim
a prize *
The overall prize fund is up to 55%
of the total value of tickets sold.
Minimum 20% of the total value of tickets
sold goes to charities and good causes.

Our
Complaints Procedure
Step 1: The
Retailer
The retailer who sold you the ticket
should be able to deal with any initial
complaints as the retailer would be
suitably placed to deal with the matter.
Step 2: Contacting
Big Chance Lottery
If, the retailer is unable to solve
the problem, then you are required to
put your complaint in writing to Big
chance Lottery for consideration.
Step 3: Taking
your complaint outside the organisation
If, we have not been able to resolve
the complaint satisfactorily you are
able to refer the matter to an independent
arbitrator. We will let you have details
of the arbitrator as part of our response.
It, is our policy
to respond to all complaints within
7 working days and to deal with all
complaints in accordance with the outlined
procedure.
